  1. Why do you distribute your Trip Strategy Guides™ in an installation file? Why can't I just download the document?

    • For the purpose of the end user, the digital version of the Trip Strategy Guide-TM- is far superior to a printed version. The ability to hyperlink the document both internally and externally ensures that the user has easy access to hundreds of resources to assist them in the decision-making process. The installer and license for one machine is necessary for copyright protection. To allow our customers a copy for a laptop or PDA, we allow three separate downloads of the document once purchased. These downloads do not expire, so feel free to download the newest and most up-to-date version of the guide if you travel to the same destination in a different year.
  2. How accurate are the coordinates in your guides?

    • The majority of time necessary to produce our Trip Strategy Guides-TM- is spent on the data itself. While we are very thorough in cross referencing our location information, the accuracy of the coordinates is limited by current technology and resources. Addresses are coordinate-coded using data provided by the US Census Bureau and cross-referenced through a variety of methods. Depending on the resources provided by state and local governments, boat launch data is gathered through a variety of means. Rural areas tend to have reduced accuracy, whereas urban areas such as the Kissimmee/St. Cloud area of Florida have a higher degree of reliability. If you discover an error in our coordinate data, you can receive EZ Rewards for helping us increase our accuracy.
  3. I have a product I think you would be interested in selling. How can I contact you?

    • We are always interested in new and exciting products that enhance our mission. Be advised that we must evaluate the product before adding it to our portfolio of products. We invite you to contact us at any time via e-mail. We usually respond within 24 hours.
  4. How can I advertise in your guides?

    • We are a relatively new company, and we have yet to establish fair market value for advertising in our Trip Strategy Guides-TM-. While we intend to offer limited advertising within the guides in the future, we are not accepting offers at this time. For more information, please feel free to contact us.
  5. Can I get a print version of your guides?

    • Absolutely. We offer a print version at the time of sale. In addition to the initial price of the Trip Strategy Guide-TM-, you also pay our cost to print and ship the document. Hyperlinks in the print version are converted to text so you may type them into your browser.
  6. I'm having trouble reading the maps in your guide after I've downloaded them. What can I do?

    • The maps in the guide are high resolution images that are processed and sharpened for viewing within the document. Because of the level of detail, they are recommended for viewing at 1024X768 pixels or higher on your screen. In the User Guide PDF that was included with your download, we give instructions on how to change your monitor resolution and Acrobat Reader settings to ensure optimum readability.
  7. Can I print your document after I've downloaded it?

    • Absolutely. When we create the document, we ensure users have the ability to print on their personal printers at high resolution. Please refer to the User Guide included with your download for how to optimize your print settings. We recommend printing on a heavyweight paper such as HP Bright White Inkjet Paper, Matte Photo paper, or an equivalent product to ensure legibility.
  8. What is your Return Policy?

    • Because the products we sell are primarily designed to aid those traveling and are used for a short time, we do not allow returns of any kind for our products or services. That being said, we are very committed to the satisfaction of our customers. Should you feel in any way that we have not provided a quality product, please feel free to contact us. In addition, through our EZ Rewards program, we offer customers credit toward products for helping us to correct any errors in the information we provide. These corrections are of mutual benefit to us and our customers by helping us provide the most accurate and up-to-date information.
